  4. Allow messages to be sent to other services (Ex. Email) from the detail or the listing

    That could help keeping track about which ones have already been reviewed.

  5. Allow messages to be "marked"

    When there are lots of messages, one can get lost about which ones have already been reviewed.

  7. Alert if > 0 allowed as an option

    Should be notified if there are > 0 errors as > 1 will not alert if just one error is thrown.

  9. (Automatically) tagging log items

    It would be very useful when log items could be tagged. For example a custom severity classification or tags for different section in one system. These tags could than be used for filtering the log items.

    Automatically adding tags based on saved queries (like the alerts) would be useful as well.

  10. Next / Prev arrows

    It would be nice to be able to go to next/prev logs in the list without having to close/open it.

  11. Having more than one user admin an account

    At the moment, my login is the paid account, so I am the only person in the team that can add channels and invite people. I'd like to be able to give a couple of other people in my team the same permissions.

    I can do it custom from my side, but it would be nice to be able to integrate directly from understand to slack

  13. Log pre-filtering

    Provide means to exclude certain events from being sent to understand.io, by level and part of an error string. This way we could exclude Log::info/notice events and TokenMismatchExceptions for example which unnecessarily clutter our understand.io logs.

  14. 2FA for dashboard

    Hi I mentioned this on Twitter but 2 Factor Authentication would be great considering the sensitive data people might log (whether planned or accidental). Thanks :)

  15. Add an API for querying the results

    For example, I'd love to have a panel in our dashboard that reports 'Error rate in the last hour' or something similar. We'd need an API that lets us perform basic queries (eg 'How many records were added in the last hour that match this search query')

    That would be awesome!

    If I don't make a note of it at channel creation time then I can't find it back again.
